Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Book Bundler Network public supplier interest pages and related services operated by Book Bundler (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting information through our supplier interest form or otherwise using those pages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.
These Terms are not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review them for your business.
Not an offer or contract
Submitting the supplier interest form does not guarantee acceptance into the Book Bundler supplier program, does not create a partnership or employment relationship, and does not bind us to any specific pricing, volume, or timeline until we separately agree in writing (or as otherwise expressly stated by us).
Eligibility and accuracy
You represent that you have authority to provide the information you submit on behalf of your organization, and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our pages or APIs to abuse, harass, or spam others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Circumvent security or rate limits, or interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Submit malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others’ rights
Communications
If you provide contact details, we may contact you about your submission and the supplier program. You agree that we may use the contact methods you provide, including email or phone, for those operational purposes.
Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers (for example cloud hosting, databases, messaging, and analytics) to operate the service. Their processing may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The supplier interest pages and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book Bundler and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the supplier interest pages or these Terms. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the supplier interest pages will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or (b) the amounts you paid us specifically for the service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months before the claim (if any).
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Book Bundler and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your submitted information.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction. Subject to those mandatory laws, you agree to bring disputes related to these Terms or the supplier interest pages only in courts located in the United States that have competent jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction may apply despite this section.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
