Privacy Policy
Book Bundler Network (“Book Bundler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains in this Privacy Policy how we handle information when you use our public supplier interest experience and related services. This policy is provided for transparency and carrier registration purposes. It is not legal advice; have counsel review it for your situation.
Information we collect
When you submit the “Start selling bundles” supplier interest form on our site, we collect:
- Name
- Estimated pallets of books processed per month
- Warehouse size or description
- U.S. state where you operate
- Your preferred contact method (phone number, email address, or similar, as you enter it)
We may also collect technical information typical of websites (for example IP address and timestamps) through our hosting and security providers, including for fraud prevention and rate limiting.
How we use information
We use supplier interest submissions to:
- Evaluate whether a warehouse may be a fit for the Book Bundler supplier program
- Contact you using the details you provided
- Operate and improve our services, including security and abuse prevention
We do not sell your personal information as a product. We use service providers (for example cloud hosting and messaging) where needed to run the program, subject to their terms and our instructions.
SMS and text messages
In connection with a supplier interest submission, we may send a low-volume, operational text message to authorized Book Bundler personnel (for example, an operations phone number we configure in our systems) summarizing that a new request was received. Those messages are intended to support timely follow-up, not to advertise unrelated products.
Applicants are not required to join an SMS marketing list to submit the form. If we ever offer SMS to applicants or other audiences, we will describe that separately, obtain appropriate consent, and provide opt-out instructions consistent with applicable law and carrier rules.
Standard text message rates from your carrier may apply to messages you send or receive where applicable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in our cloud systems (for example Google Firebase / Firestore) so our team can review and respond. We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business needs (for example dispute resolution).
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your supplier interest information, subject to law and legitimate retention needs. Use the contact path published on our website or the contact information we provide in program materials.
Children
Our supplier program is aimed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us so we can delete it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
